Unlock Your Focus: ADHD Coaching for Lasting Change
Feeling overwhelmed? Struggling to focus? Ready to reclaim your time and achieve your goals?
As someone with ADHD, you know how challenging it can be to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change. Whether you’re juggling multiple projects, trying to keep up with deadlines, or just feeling like you're constantly behind, it's easy to get stuck in a cycle of frustration.
But it doesn't have to be this way.
I offer a personalized coaching package designed specifically for people with ADHD. My unique 6-part system will help you focus on what matters most, tackle big ideas with clarity, and gracefully navigate change—all while building sustainable habits that work for you. Plus, with the power of visual tools built into the system, you’ll always know exactly where you stand and can get support whenever you need it.
The 6-Part Coaching System: A Roadmap to Focus and Progress
1. The Strategy Backlog: Where Big Ideas Live
You have big ideas—lots of them. But they can feel overwhelming and hard to manage, especially with ADHD. That’s why we start by creating a Strategy Backlog—a dedicated space where your thoughts and ideas can live and be reviewed regularly. This helps take the pressure off your brain so you can focus on the tasks in front of you, knowing your big ideas are still being prioritized for future action.
2. The W.I.N. List: What's Important Now
Your priorities are constantly shifting, and that’s okay. The W.I.N. List (What’s Important Now) gives you the clarity to focus on what’s truly important each week. This adaptable, weekly plan ensures that you stay on track without getting bogged down by everything on your to-do list. It’s flexible, so if new tasks pop up or things take longer than expected, you can adjust and stay in control. With visual tools built into the system, you’ll always have a clear, easy-to-read view of what you need to focus on for the week.
3. Task Estimation: More Accurate, Less Overwhelming
One of the biggest challenges with ADHD is time estimation. How long should a task take? Why does it feel like everything takes longer than expected? Together, we’ll break down your tasks using a relative size estimation method, where you’ll measure tasks based on how long they take you—not someone else’s idea of how long it “should” take. Over time, this helps you create a more accurate understanding of how to plan your days and avoid overwhelm.
4. The W.I.N. Cycle: Focused, Flexible, and Growing
Each week or two, we’ll review your W.I.N. List and focus on what’s working and what needs improvement. This ongoing W.I.N. Cycle allows you to refine your process, learn from your experiences, and keep moving forward. You’ll continually improve your systems, stay motivated, and create lasting habits. Through visual tools, you’ll be able to see at a glance how your cycle is progressing and what changes need to be made, making the process easier to track and manage.
5. Continuous Improvement: Small Changes, Big Impact
At the end of each W.I.N. Cycle, we’ll make 1-3 small changes that will make your next cycle even better. This commitment to continuous improvement ensures that you’re always growing and adjusting in ways that fit your needs, making progress without overwhelming yourself. These adjustments are tracked using visual tools, making it simple to see where you’ve improved and where there’s still room to grow.
6. Reviewing the Strategy Backlog: Planning for What's Next
At the end of each coaching season, we’ll revisit your Strategy Backlog to plan for the next W.I.N. Cycle. This helps you stay connected to your bigger vision and ensures you're prioritizing the tasks and projects that matter most to you. With visual progress indicators, you’ll have an at-a-glance understanding of where your focus needs to go next, so you always know what’s ahead.
