Hi, I’m Jay

I’m an executive function coach who helps students and adults build practical systems for getting things done.

For more than 25 years, I worked in technology, solving complex problems, leading teams, and figuring out how to turn overwhelming work into clear, manageable next steps. Along the way, I learned something important: the best system isn’t the most complicated one. It’s the one a person can actually use.

Today, I bring that same systems-thinking approach to coaching. I help people make their work visible, decide what matters now, break big tasks into smaller steps, and build routines that fit the way their brain works.

I’m currently working toward my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and my Whole Person Coach certification through Coach Training World. My coaching is practical, curious, compassionate, and judgment-free.

I’m not here to manage your life—or your student’s homework. I’m here to help you build the skills and systems to manage it yourself.

Before working with Jay, homework was a constant source of stress in our house. We were reminding, checking, and following up all the time. Once our child started using Jay’s system, they became much more organized, turned in more assignments, and their grades improved.

The biggest change for us was that we didn’t have to stay on top of everything nearly as much. Our child was taking more responsibility, and homework stopped feeling like a daily battle.
